My journey in real estate started a long time ago, by watching my mother build a strong and successful career selling exclusively in the luxury space over the last 32 years. Her experience made me acutely aware of the ups and downs of the industry and gave me a solid understanding of the hard work and dedication that goes into matching clients with their perfect homes. 

From a young age I have shown a great appreciation for the power of real estate, and for the past decade along with building my own business I have successfully helped to acquire and manage my family’s personal and commercial real estate portfolio.

My background includes my Pilates Studio, Nancy Wallace Pilates, a business I owned and operated from 2008-2023. Over the years my studio was established as an institution within the West Bellevue community, and during my ownership we proudly serviced over 900 appointments per month.

I love being an entrepreneur. My passion for customer service and attention to detail is clear within minutes of working with me. In my 15 years running my own business, I developed a customized business model, unique marketing campaigns using technology and the finest materials, and managed a team of employees that consistently brought in $890,000 + in gross annual revenue. What I learned from being a small business owner translates well for my Real Estate business, and a business it is!

I am a wife and mother to three children that attend St. Joseph School on Capitol Hill and St. Therese in Madrona. I love being a mom and have enjoyed my time at home with my kids. Post the pandemic and wanting to expand on my professional career, I decided to join my mother, Patricia Wallace, in her boutique real estate practice at Coldwell Banker Bain’s Bellevue office. I am so proud to work beside a woman whose knowledge, ethics, and expertise I have long admired!
